Here is the link to setup eclipse on your system:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
-From here you want the Eclipse IDE that is for JAVA Developers. This should be sufficient for most of you. the JAVA EE download would be useful if you were developing software that involved servers or other enterprise setups. However you can get plugins for the JAVA Developer edition that do basically the same things as the JAVA EE IDE.
Here is the link for the JDK:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
-Install this in a folder of your choice. You'll have to point eclipse to the jdk when you set it up. For window users I would put the jdk in your c drive...if you have a MacBook Pro Java 1.5 comes pre-installed or you can get that one here:
http://developer.apple.com/java/download/
Apple released an update to Java in June I think that updated Java to 1.6
Any questions let me know.
-Travis
